For the health and safety of our community, all college offices have moved services online Wednesday, March 18 through Friday, April 24. College offices will reopen to the public on April 27.

Spring quarter registration is open. Register online at edcc.edu/schedule. Spring quarter classes begin April 13. 

  • 100% online instruction for ALL classes for spring quarter.
  • Exception: Classes with a hands-on component will be online April 13 through May 17, then the hands-on portion of the class will be offered in person from May 18 through June 19. Social distancing guidelines will be followed.

 Edmonds Community College also houses the National Resource Center for Materials Technology Education, which provides curriculum for materials technology nationwide and an advanced technology lab; and operates the Washington Aerospace Training and Research Center, which provides short-term training and helps ensure a steady supply of qualified workers for Boeing and other aerospace companies. 



Transfer Degrees

The following transfer degrees are designed to prepare science and engineering majors for transfer to a four-year school with standing as a junior.


Limited Transfer Degree

Associate in Applied Science-Transfer (AAS-T) degrees are designed to prepare graduates for jobs requiring two years of training or for transfer to four-year schools with specific bachelor’s programs that accept this degree

Engineering Technology - Materials Science

Non Transfer Degrees

Associate of Technical Arts (ATA) degrees are designed to provide professional and technical training to prepare students for specific jobs or to improve existing skills.

Relationships in STEM Education (RiSE)

RiSE is a student support program for Edmonds CC students who are pursuing a degree in STEM. Through personalized college-to-career support and community building, RiSE aims to increase the number and the diversity of students successfully earning degrees in STEM fields. RiSE students have access to a faculty mentor, field trips to universities, academic and transfer workshops, and career exploration events. Visit the RiSE page to find out more and to join!

Math, Engineering, Science, Achievement (MESA)

MESA supports underrepresented student achievements in STEM fields. Benefits of membership include being a part of the safe and supportive MESA community, connections with students in other MESA programs across the state, use of the private MESA study room, and MESA-sponsored career panels and events that highlight the importance of creating a diverse and empowered STEM community. STEM Study Room (Snohomish Hall 126)

The STEM Study Room is a place for Edmonds CC students to get free, drop-in academic support from tutors and STEM faculty. In addition to free tutoring, the study room provides whiteboard tables, LCD screens, textbooks, headphones, Chromebooks for in-room use, and free snacks to students.
