"During the 2019-2020 school year I plan on making my Culinary Arts ATA into a transfer degree. Hopefully, by June 2020 I will be in my cap and gown, then on a plane to Les Roches in Spain. I hope to encourage and pass on my knowledge of Culinary Arts to younger minds."
