Welcome to the Financial Aid Services Homepage

For everyone’s health and safety all college offices are closed to the public Wednesday, March 18 through Friday, April 24. College offices will reopen to the public on April 27. All college updates, resources, and information about COVID-19 is available at edcc.edu/coronavirus. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding.

Spring quarter registration is open. Register online at edcc.edu/schedule. Spring quarter classes begin April 13

  • All spring quarter classes will be held 100% online for the entire quarter April 13 through June 19.
  • Exception: Classes with a hands-on component will be online April 13 through May 17. The hands-on portion of the class will be offered in person from May 18 through June 19 (unless we hear otherwise from the state. As of now, the state is allowing this exception). However, the social distancing guideline must be maintained.
  • It will take us some time to figure out which classes have a hands-on component that should be completed in person. Once it’s been determined, the online class schedule will be updated to let you know if a class has a hands-on component. Please check back often for updates.

We are serving students and the community remotely during this time.  You can contact Financial Aid by using the online support request system or call 425.640.1457 (voicemail only) and we will get back to you within 24 hours during the work week.

  • The Spring quarter secondary deadline has been extended to 4/13/20.
  • Financial Aid disbursements will be sent to BankMobile beginning April 9, 2020 (after 1p.m.).
  • Submit documents online or by fax at 425.640.1159.

We work to ensure that all, students, visitors and members of the campus community have a positive experience while engaged on our campus. To this end, we promote respectful collaboration, communication, and interaction among visitors, students, and employees, and we pledge that student services staff will be empathetic, responsive, and caring.

We work to ensure you have the opportunity to achieve your educational goals regardless of financial circumstances. Financial aid can help you find a way to pay for college.

EdMail: You are required to use it! It is the way we communicate with you.

The college assigns all students EdMail (email) accounts within a couple of days after they register for their first class. Note: if you are a former student returning after time away from school, check with the Enrollment Services Office to confirm what email address we have on file for you. We use the address recorded in the Enrollment Services records. To gain access to your account, follow the steps at edcc.edu/edmail.
