The Counseling and Resource Center provides free and confidential personal, career, and student success counseling to students.
Counseling and Support Groups
We offer different process, skills, and support groups each quarter.
Relationship Skills Group
Tuesdays 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Whether it's friendships or romantic relationships, it is important to understand what a healthy relationship looks like, join us to learn more!
Mood Management Group
Tuesdays 2:30-3:30 p.m.
Have you ever felt like your moods were managing you, instead of the other way around? Learn skills to help manage moods so that you can get back in charge!
Thursdays 1:00-2:30 p.m.
Looking to connect and have space to process what it means to be LGBTQ+? This weekly group is just the space for you.
Stress Management Group
Thursdays 3-4 p.m.
Learn and gain skills to reduce stress and increase your ability to focus on the things
that are important to you!

Resources and Referrals
In need of resources? The Counseling and Resource Center can help you find resources on-campus and in the community for things like food insecurity, housing, and healthcare.
How do I make an Appointment?
You can make an appointment to meet with a counselor by calling our front desk at 425.640.1358.
If you have not seen a counselor in our office before, please stop by Mountlake Terrace Hall, 145 to complete an intake form before scheduling your first appointment.
If you have an immediate mental health-related emergency outside of the Counseling Center's regular business hours please call 911 or campus security at 425.754.0154.
