Making a Difference

You can make a difference in a patient’s life as a Mental Health Technician (MHT). You will be part of a team that provides patient care and support to people of all ages. Skills learned in our MHT program help you deliver patient care, such as providing structure and interaction and essential medical monitoring. MHTs participate in the delivery of patient care by observation, involving patients in scheduled program activities, and assisting patients with daily living activities. Our MHT program is designed to provide the foundational skills to work with individuals in behavioral health environments effectively.
