In order to attend, you must sign up and reserve your spot. You will receive program information, the EdCAP application, and your next steps! PASS fills quickly and is on a first come, first served basis. Spaces are limited. Sign up by simply calling 425.640.1593 or stop by Mukilteo Hall, Room 403.
Note: Students who have already attended PASS may turn in their applications as long as space is available for Spring quarter. Spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Edmonds Career Access Program (EdCAP) provides young adults, ages 16-21, with an opportunity to earn a high school diploma in a college environment. EdCAP students also have the option to explore classes that will start them toward one of our many professional technical degrees and/or certificates while earning their high school diploma.

- Case Management and Advising Support
- Transition Support
Spring quarter classes begin on April 6, 2015. Current students, you will receive a postcard letting you know once Spring quarter registration begins. Prospective students, please call 425.640.1593 should you have any questions about entry into EdCAP for Spring quarter 2015.
