Services We Offer

 

People come to counseling for different reasons. Some concerns that bring people into counseling for include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, substance use/abuse, adjusting to college life and relationships challenges.

Counselors are trained to address mental health concerns and are here to support you. Counselors can help you learn how to address issues and how to manage symptoms and build skills.

Need to choose a major or decide upon a career path? Let us help you develop a better understanding of yourself, learn about career and academic research tools, and develop a plan to make informed decisions..

The Counseling and Resource Center provides referrals for all of our campus community members. You can review the printed material at our center located in Mountlake Terrace Hall (MLT) 145 or check out our online resources.
