How do I make an appointment?
You can make an appointment to meet with a counselor by calling our front desk at 425.640.1358. If you have not seen a counselor in our office before, please stop by Mountlake Terrace Hall, Room 145 to complete an intake form before scheduling your first appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please call our office at 425.640.1358. Please notify our office 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Thurs. 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

If you have an immediate mental health-related emergency please call 911 or contact the Care Crisis Line at 425.258.HELP (4357) or 1.800.584.3578 for support 24 hours per day, 365 days per year (interpreter services available).
Please Note: If the college is closed due to inclement weather or an emergency, the Counseling and Resource Center will be closed as well. If you have a scheduled appointment during a campus closure your appointment will be cancelled. Be sure to check your EdMail and sign up for Triton Alerts to stay up-to-date with campus closures and emergencies.
