Mood Management Group
Have you ever felt like your moods were managing you, instead of the other way around? Moods can impact our success at school as well as other parts of our lives. Learn skills to help you manage moods so that you can get back in charge!
Mondays 1:30-2:30 p.m., Oct. 7-Nov 25
LGBTQ+ Support Group
Looking to connect and have space to process what it means to be LGBTQ+? This weekly group is just the space for you.
Thursdays 1-2:30 p.m. Oct. 10-Nov 21
Anxiety Reduction Group
Get Support! Provide support! Learn about anxiety, gain skills to reduce anxiety, and increase your ability to focus on the things that are important to you!
Thursdays 3-4:30 p.m., Oct. 10-Nov. 21

Resources and Referrals
In need of resources? The Counseling and Resource Center can help you find resources on-campus and in the community for things like food insecurity, housing, and healthcare.
How do I make an Appointment?
You can make an appointment to meet with a counselor by calling our front desk at 425.640.1358.
If you have not seen a counselor in our office before, please stop by Mountlake Terrace Hall, 145 to complete an intake form before scheduling your first appointment.
If you have an immediate mental health-related emergency outside of the Counseling Center's regular business hours please call 911 or campus security at 425.754.0154.
