Starting with a free assessment, this online tool helps you explore career based your interests. Research local labor market information, earnings potential, employment trends, and job opportunities. You can also use the assessment results to connect to education and training programs at Edmonds College to help you reach your goals.

Washington Career Bridge

Using Career Bridge you can explore careers, job trends, labor market information, and find education to get the job you want. It is also Washington’s home for Eligible Training Provider (ETP) List.

O*net Online is your tool for career exploration and job analysis. It is an online database containing detailed occupational information on almost 1,000 occupations covering the entire U.S. economy.

One-On-One Career Chats

Choose from one to three one-on-one chat sessions with the Career Action Center.
  • Chat 1: Explore your current situation and possible ideas for moving forward. Take a career assessment to help you find ideas about what paths to explore.
  • Chat 2: Review the results of your assessment, and create a plan to move forward on a new path.
  • Chat 3: Discuss follow up and next steps.
