Workforce Development
Edmonds Community College Workforce Development, in collaboration with business, government and other educational institutions, is dedicated to developing and providing quality educational and training programs and services to support economic development and to assist individuals in attaining their educational and professional goals.
The Workforce Development and Training Office:
- Provides oversight of career training programs at the College
- Works with businesses and organizations in the community to identify training needs
- Identifies funding sources for development of new programs.

Tuition Assistance Programs
- Opportunity Grant Financial assistance for low income Edmonds CC students who are currently or previously enrolled in ABE/GED/ESL and/or High School Completion programs interested in targeted high demand career pathways.
- Workfirst Tuition assistance and short-term vocational training for income-eligible parents.
