Information for Partner Agencies
Who is eligible?
To be eligible for WorkFirst Education and Training, an applicant must:
- Currently be receiving TANF assistance from DSHS, and be referred by case manager or social worker.
- Be an income-eligible working* parent of a child/children under 24 years of age (see Income Guidelines below)
*The work requirement may not apply to some training types.

How do I refer a Participant to Edmonds CC WorkFirst for Training and Education?
Referrals can be made through e-JAS. Please enter the appropriate referral codes in e-JAS.
Important: Our Contractor Code for e-JAS is 3AJ
All participants are encouraged to attend one of our Orientations. These are held every Thursday morning at 9:00 am sharp in the Malty Building, 7020 196th St. in Lynnwood. Applicants may make a reservation for one of our Orientations by calling the WorkFirst Office:

If a participant is unable to attend an Orientation session on Thursday morning, they may call the WorkFirst Office for an individual appointment.
