Complete an Edmonds Community College Evaluation Request-Transfer Credits form and turn it in to Enrollment Services in Lynnwood Hall, First Floor. The form can be picked up in Enrollment Services at the front counter. OR

Complete your request online at www.edcc.edu/credentials/transcripts.php using the Gate credential evaluation system.
