Enrollment Services: Tuition

Most students qualify for the 1/3 Down Tuition Payment Plan

However, the following students do not qualify for this plan:

Any student, unless:

• Third party billing. Students whose tuition is paid for them by a company that is billed directly such as Boeing, L&I or a branch of military. This does not include students who are reimbursed for tuition.
• ESL, ABE or GED students.
• International students. Contact Eileen Lopez, International Student Services office, at 425.640.1188.
• Financial aid students whose awards pay their tuition and fees in full. Contact Financial Aid Services at 425.640.1457 for more information.

Payment Deadlines

Summer Quarter: When you first sign up for classes, you’ll pay 1/3 of the tuition costs, plus a $15 fee. Then as follows:

• July 15   The second installment is due.
• August 15   The third installment is due.

Fall Quarter: When you first sign up for classes, you’ll pay 1/3 of the tuition costs, plus a $15 fee. Then as follows:

• October 15   The second installment is due.
• November   15The third installment is due.

Once the quarter has started, you will have one business day to complete the tuition contract and payment.

Four easy steps to set up your tuition payment plan:

1. Download and print this form.
 A separate form must be filled out for each quarter the payment plan is used.
2. Complete all sections of the form. If you do not know your student ID number, please provide your social security number.
3. Your signature is required. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian is also required to sign the form. We need their signatures to process the form.
4. Submit the completed form, along with 1/3 of tuition and fees, plus the non-refundable $15 fee as follows:

The non-refundable fee of $15 with a minimum of 1/3 of tuition and fees must be submitted with the signed form to qualify for the Cashiers’ Payment Plan.
