- No Cost! Choosing a Major workshop: Thursday, October 15, from 12:30 to 1:20 p.m. in Mountlake Terrace Hall, room 204. Are you having difficulty deciding upon your college major? Join us for a free one-hour workshop that will help you clarify your interests and begin the process of choosing the major that's right for you.
- Transfer 101: Thursday, October 22, from 12:30 to 1:20 p.m., in Mountlake Terrace Hall, room 204. Are you planning to transfer to a 4-year school but not sure how the process works or what impact changes in admissions at UW might have? Come to this free workshop, learn the basics of transfer, and get your questions answered.
- Writing a Personal Statement Workshop: Thursday, November 19 from 12:30 to 1:20 p.m. in Mountlake Terrace Hall, room 204. Learn how to get started writing a rough draft of your personal statement for university admissions. EdCC Writing Center Tutor Cinda Weber and advisor Laura Enstone will demystify the process and answer your questions.
