Students

If you are a student at Edmonds Community College, you cannot book a classroom or conference room space for yourself (or your friends) as per Student Rights and Responsiblities.  You can however book space as a member of a chartered club for an approved activity.  If you are requesting space on behalf of a chartered club, please work with the Office of Student Life to make sure you are following the correct process.  You will need to fill out the Room Scheduling Request Form found below.  Click stulife/clubs for more information on the process.

Here is the form to fill out if you are requesting space on campus to host your event.  Don't worry!  We know it's a confusing form - we are currently revising the form to make it more user-friendly.  2nd page signature is not needed for students.  Don't be afraid to contact us if you have questions.     

Once you have completed the document and have the necessary signatures, please mail to Lynn Clements, VPI mailstop. If you need to get it to us quickly, feel free to drop off the form at our office located in Snohomish Hall Room 320.
