If you are in the surrounding community and wish to host an event on our beautiful campus, we have some resources here for you to peruse:
Room Scheduling Procedures
This document will provide some guidance into our scheduling process. Pay particular attention to the Guidelines to Scheduling, Priority Booking, Fees, and Advertising Your Event sections. If you read over this document and still have questions, please contact us!
Room Scheduling Request Form
Here is the form to fill out if you are requesting space on campus to host your event. Don't worry! We know it's a confusing form - we are currently revising the form to make it more user-friendly. Don't be afraid to contact us if you have questions. Make sure you sign the Agreement to Indemnify on the second page of the form. Please note: We have to have an original form in order to process your request; we do not accept emails or faxes.
Once you have completed the document and signed the back, please mail (along with your check, if applicable) to:

If you need to get it to us quickly, feel free to drop off the form at our office located in Snohomish Hall Room 320.
