Worker Retraining is designed to help you acquire the skills and training needed for today’s jobs. The program is a partnership between community and technical colleges and the state Employment Security Department to provide job training to eligible members of Washington’s workforce.

- You currently receive, or are eligible to receive unemployment benefits
- You have exhausted unemployment benefits within the last 2 years
- You are a displaced homemaker
- You were self-employed but are now unemployed
- You are employed, but vulnerable to dislocation
