- In store promotion through flyers, bag-stuffers, posters, etc.
- Educate all store employees- word of mouth marketing
- Secure resources for additional materials (tables, chairs, etc.)
2 WEEKS BEFORE EVENT
- Schedule employees/volunteers
- Train employees/volunteers on roles and responsibilities
- More publicity
WEEK OF EVENT
- Confirm staff/materials/schedule
- Prepare media advisory
