Art Gallery: Last day to see Embodied Motifs
Date: December 13th, 2012
Today is the last day to see "Embodied Motifs" an exhibit of works by Edmonds Community College alumna Audineh Asaf.
This exhibit features black and white photography exploring the artist's identity as an Iranian American and the representation of the female body in both cultures. It includes a wall-size mural.
Asaf is an interdisciplinary artist whose work includes printmaking, collage, and photography. She earned her Associate of Arts at Edmonds Community College in 2006 and bachelor's degree at the University of Washington in 2007.
"Embodied Motifs" is her Master of Fine Arts culminating project for Goddard College. She teaches part-time for Edmonds Community College Visual Arts.

Visit the gallery on the third floor of Lynnwood Hall.
