Edmonds CC art gallery features work from students May 12-June 13

Edmonds Community College’s art gallery this spring will feature work from Edmonds CC students in a group exhibit titled “Intersections.” It opens May 12 and continues through June 13 in the college’s art gallery on the third floor of Lynnwood Hall, 20000 68th Ave. W.

A reception with the artists is 4-6 p.m., Fri., June 6 in the college art gallery.

Disciplines of the student artwork include:

  • drawing,
  • painting,
  • 2D design,
  • pottery,
  • jewelry,
  • sculpture,
  • photography,
  • graphic design, and
  • visual communications.

The exhibit is sponsored by the college's library, the Visual Arts department, and the Center for Student Engagement and Leadership.

The gallery is open 7:30 a.m.-9 p.m., Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-2 p.m., Friday, and 1-5 p.m., weekends. For more information about the exhibit, call 425.640.1744 or go to college art gallery online. Get directions to the college.
