Level 3 Reading teaches low-intermediate reading comprehension skills and English vocabulary.

In Level 3 reading, you will

• read longer stories and passages and answer questions.

• practice reading skills, such as guessing words from context, skimming and scanning for information, and finding the main idea.

• learn to write a summary of a reading or a book.

• read ESL books from the library and other ‘outside’ reading

• build on your English vocabulary, focusing on the 1,000 – 1,500 most frequently used words in English.

You may also take a tour of the library and / or find information on the Internet.
