Apply

  • For an in depth overview on the qualifications and how to apply visit the Enrollment Services webpage
  • DO NOT FILL OUT THE APPLICATION if you fall into one of the following categories:
    • Running Start
    • Tech Prep
    • Adult Basic Education-English as a Second Language (ABE-ESL)
    • Business Training Center
    • Community Education
    • International Students
    • Students Under the age of 18
  • To apply online fill out the application
    • It will take 3 business days to process your application.
  • You can also apply in person, by mail or email through filling out this form
    • Once you finish the form, click the “print and sign” button.
      • Print and sign the form
    • Once completed, you can:
      • Bring the form to Enrollment Services in Lynnwood Hall
      • Scan and email the application to registration@edcc.edu

Check My Financial Aid Status

  • Financial Aid Status can be checked through the Financial Aid Portal
    • For this portal, the username is your social security number and password is your 6-digit birthdate (mm/dd/yy).
    • Once logged the portal will let you know your status, and any missing documentation needed to complete your file.
  • If you have questions:
    • Fill out the Financial Aid Support Request Form and receive an answer within 24-hours
    • Financial Aid is available by phone at 425.640.1457
      • Hours are Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-12 p.m. and 2-4 p.m.
      • During the summer there is no phone service on Fridays.

New Students

  • If you are a new student embarking on your first quarter at Edmonds Community College, you need to attend a New Student Advising (NSA) Session. 
    • These sessions are targeted towards students who have completed the admissions process and placements.
    • Learn more about the NSA and to see the weekly schedule.
    • Once you have selected a time that works for you call 425.640.1458 to sign up.

Getting Started on Your program

  • If you would like more information about a specific program, one of the weekly advising sessions is for you. Learn more about the schedule and session types.
    • When you find a session that meets your needs, call 425.640.1458 to sign up.
    • Make sure you prepare for the session by bringing the necessary paperwork.

  • If you just have a quick question or an immediate need feel free to contact an advisor in one of the following ways:
    • Drop-in advising in Lynnwood Lobby is available throughout the week. Make sure you view the schedule first to ensure someone is there.
    • You can Chat Live with an advisor Tuesdays 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m. and Thursdays 12:30 p.m.-2 p.m.
