• 4-bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms (see pics)
• Fully furnished living room and bedrooms with a kitchen that includes: microwave, fridge and stove
• Laundry facilities
• Student lounge with TV, DVD, pool table, and internet access
• Mailboxes
• Free parking
• Right across the street from the campus on 68th Ave West
• Resident Advisers (RAs) - student peers to help build community through support, information & planning activities

Key policies for safety and to provide students a good place to study,
sleep and succeed:

• Quiet hours - 10 a.m.-10 a.m., Sun.-Thurs.; 1 a.m.-10 a.m. Fri./Sat.
• Guest policy - no more than three consecutive overnights per quarter, per guest
• No smoking in apartments
• No pets
