Hi there! My name is Nicole Prigge and I was born and raised in Ellensburg, WA before coming over to Edmonds last year to play basketball and get my study on. Growing up in Ellensburg was a whole different world compared to the west side. Instead of high rise buildings we have cows, instead of Pike Place market we have a rodeo, and so on and so forth. My family and friends are of the utmost importance to me. Living in a small town you don't have all the glamorous distractions, but what you do have is your family and friends. I'm proud to say my parents are still together after 36 years. In those 36 years they have traveled, worked, and raised two children. My sister is 23 years old and getting her Masters Degree at the University of North Colorado in physical education. I am 19 years old and pursuing my degree in Elementary Education. This year I'll be in the Edmonds vocal jazz ensemble, Soundsation. I'm looking forward to meeting you all, getting to know you, and most of all an amazing year. Kristine Deleon, 2nd Floor RA

My name is Kristine. I come from a Filipino background but I was born in Virginia and I have lived in Washington for most of my life. I enjoy snowboarding, surfing, biking, hiking, kayaking, and any kind of fun adventurous activity you can think of. I came to Edmonds Community College in 2008 wanting to be a theatre major, but I am yet to discover what else is out there that could be my passion. I love nature and I hope that in the future my career will involve saving it. You will also find that I am a huge fan of Lady Gaga! I was an RA last year and I am excited to be back with the team again this year and meeting new people! I live in room 202 with my awesome roommate from the Bahamas, Turkessa. Our door is always open to you when we are home and you are welcome to come in and hang out with us!

My name is Turkessa and I am an international student from the Bahamas. I love to interact with people from different cultures. My favorite color is pink and I love different types of music such as Christian, classical music, and reggae. I also love to go shopping! This is my first year living at the dorms and being an RA. My name is Jamal Ghafari. I am 21 years old and I've been a student at Edmonds Community College since September of 2009; I am pursuing a career in IT. My career goal is to become an IT Network Specialist. I was born in Offenbach, Germany and went into Heidelberg American High School. Two unique things about me are that I have twin brother who is 5 minutes older than me, and I can speak three languages: German, Farsi, and English.

My name is Yaniv Koblentz. I am 20 years old. I have been a student here at Edmonds Community College ever since Fall Quarter of 2009. Right now I am working on my business management degree and I am a member of the men's basketball team. My career goal is to become a sports agent and a team manager and try my luck to become a professional Basketball player. I was born in Israel Tel-Aviv and the moved to Canada Vancouver B.C. when I was 14 years old. Two unique things about me is that I am the youngest in my family and that I have a twin sister.

My name is CK who and I am from Taiwan. This is my second year studying at Edmonds Community College. Not only am I an RA for the Res hall, but I also work at the Office of Student Life (OSL) as a Posting Agent. This is my first year as an RA, and I am a new resident in Rainier Place. My major at EdCC is business, and I really enjoy studying here. I like watch movie, surf the Internet, and hang out with my friends. If you have any question, please do not hesitate to ask. This is my first year serving as an RA and I am very excited to meet you and to do my best to serve you! I am also the Club Events Programmer at the Office of Student Life (OSL) so if you have any questions about Clubs and wanting to JOIN or even START one, feel free to ask me and I would be happy to help you! A little about me is that I love the performing arts (singing, dancing, theatre, art and MUSIC in general). I am a dance instructor so you might see me dancing around and just having a good time. My goal as an RA is to make sure that you have positive, safe and especially FUN experience here in Rainier Place and at Edmonds Community College and build memories that you will truly cherish and remember! The name's Jeff, this is my 2nd year as an RA and my first time as an RA for Sophie Court (last year I was the 3rd floor RA for Rainier Place). I first came to Edmonds Fall of 2008 and I am now majoring in Biology. I hope to transfer to the University of Alaska Fairbanks by next fall and study as a Wildlife Biologist. I really enjoy snowboarding and doing outdoorsy types of things. And just so everyone knows, EDCC HOUSING RULES!
