Edmonds CC Residence Halls (Dormitories)
There are two choices at Edmonds CC for student Residence Halls:
- Sophie Court Apartments Residence Hall
- Rainier Place Apartments Residence Hall (Opening Fall 2009)

The program provides quality service that:
- Offers a safe and clean living environment
- Ensures a strong community living experience
- Provides co-curricular experiences to augment student learning
- Challenges students in the areas of personal wellness, integrity, and global citizenship
- Educates students on intercultural communication and understanding

Key policies for safety and to provide students a good place to study,
sleep and succeed:
- Quiet hours - 10 a.m.-10 a.m., Sun.-Thurs.; 1 a.m.-10 a.m. Fri./Sat.
- Guest policy - no more than three consecutive overnights per quarter, per guest
- No smoking in apartments
- No pets
