Office Location: Our office is located across from the main college campus in the Somerset Village complex. Our address is 19703 – 68th Ave West, Lynnwood, WA 98036 (downstairs). The Housing Office will move to Rainier Place in September 2009.

	Luke Botzheim, Housing Director Manages the Residence Hall, and Homestay Programs. He works closely with International Student Services, agents abroad, and college departments to assure the success of the programs.
	Susan Chilcott, Housing Office Coordinator Works on the financial issues of Homestay (students and host family payments), and oversees the day-to-day operation of the Housing Office.
	Mary Beth Genet, Host Family Coordinator Arranges student placements,  she keeps the Homestay database up to date, and works closely with the students and families with any questions or concerns.
	Noah Cheek, Coordinator for Residential Education (CRE) Is a Live-in Professional at Rainier Place. He supervises Resident Assistants, and over seas the community building and safety of Rainier Place.
	Hing Potter, Building Manager Is responsible for student leases and the building maintenance. Works for Lorig (private leasing and managing office ), but works closely with the EdCC Housing team to assure the safety and well being of students in Rainier Place.
	Colleen Olson, Office Assistant Works on airport arrivals and departures, enters all applications, and assures all paperwork is in place for students files (not pictured)

Student Staff: The Housing Office hires students to work as Resident Assistants (RAs) in the Residence Hall, office assistants, and drivers to pick up students at the airport. These students gain experience in leadership, student development and earn funds to help pay for their education.
