Our office is located in Snohomish Hall, 3rd floor, Administrative Offices. When you open the double doors at the top of the stairs, turn left at the entrance way and look for the Foundation logo suspended from the ceiling.
The Foundation office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise posted.

Staff
Kathy Coffey, Assistant Director of Development
Kathy manages annual fund activities including events, direct mail solicitations, workplace giving, and donor stewardship. She orchestrates the Foundation’s major annual fundraising events: A Vintage Evening Dinner & Auction and the Golf Classic and develops corporate sponsor partnerships. Kathy works with the Auction, Golf, and Development Committees.
Prior to joining the Foundation in October 2009, Kathy worked for 10 years at Bastyr University. As Program Manager of the School of Nutrition and Exercise Science, Kathy was responsible for project management for four programs within the school and their respective budgets as well as course scheduling and catalog. Having demonstrated an affinity and passion for fundraising, Kathy successfully sought to become the Development Relations Director/Annual Fund Manager. At Bastyr, Kathy built and maintained corporate relations and donor programs and created new engagement opportunities. She also worked to build the Annual Fund, campus giving, and scholarship programs. Kathy served as a University staff representative to the Board of Trustees for three years. She has also owned her own business, and served as office manager and purchaser for private sector companies and healthcare organizations. She resides in Lynnwood with her husband and two teenage boys and is excited to work in and support the community where she lives.
Linda Krouse, Accountant
Linda has worked for nonprofit organizations for more than 30 years, and joined the Edmonds Community College Foundation as Accountant in January 2004. She oversees the Foundation's accounting, budgeting, investment management, risk management and policy. She manages the Foundation’s annual budgeting process, prepares financial statements, works with the Foundation’s accounting firm on the annual audit and IRS 990 filings, and ensures that the Foundation operates in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. She also works with the Foundation’s insurance brokers to ensure the Foundation is adequately protected for all activities. Linda maintains Foundation policies and procedures, provides guidance in the formation of new processes, and participates in evaluating the effectiveness of Foundation programs. Linda works with the Finance, Audit & Policy, and Program Committees.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Linda spent 17 years at KOCE-TV, a California Public TV station, as VP of Finance and Administration. Owned and operated by Coast Community College District, KOCE-TV was the leading producer of telecourses, the forerunner of today’s online learning. During her time at the station, Linda also served as a production unit manager and assisted in establishing the KOCE-TV Foundation. Upon moving to Washington, Linda spent eight years as CFO for Bellevue Art Museum and seven years as CFO and Associate Director for Deaconess Children’s Services in Everett. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from California State University, Long Beach.
