Catering

• For Campus or Community Events:
  • Event Locations: TUB, Marketplace, Mulligan's
  • Process: Please call Mo Wolf (640-1305) to rent the College Cafe or TUB 202 and to request a menu and discuss catering for the event.
• For Small Meetings, Parties, Gatherings:
  • Event Locations: Anywhere on campus including TUB, Café, Marketplace, Mulligan's, Classrooms, Conference Rooms
  • Process: If individuals or groups want to purchase food (Costco, pizza, delivered food, etc.), it is not necessary to make any arrangements through Culinary Arts. (Note: This does not include using off campus caterers)
• For Advisory Committee Meetings:
  • Committee Meeting Locations: Anywhere on campus
  • Process: Contact Mo Wolf (640-1305) to make arrangements for food services for official Advisory Committee meetings.
