Record Access

The college complies with and endorses the 1976 Consumer Information Act that guarantees students access to financial aid information. Find out more from Student Financial Services.

The Family Education Rights to Privacy Act (FERPA) prohibits us from releasing your academic records without your written permission. Academic records include the amount you owe in tuition, your student ID number, your transcripts/grades…etc. If someone else will be paying your tuition or needs to have access to your records, please complete the FERPA release form. Click on the link to download a copy of the form. With the FERPA release form you may designate who has access to your information and what kind of information may be released - for example, your tuition/payment information. Complete the form and submit it to the Enrollment Services Office.
