The College Store is now offering In-store Pick Up under the shipping options for textbooks purchased through our Online Store.
This option allows College Store customers to order and pay for their course textbooks online and pick them up at at the College Store.
In-Store Pick Up Locations
- During the first two weeks of the quarter, In-store Pick Up orders may be picked up at the Pick Up Window in Brier Hall or at the Customer Service Counter inside the College Store.
- After the first two weeks of the quarter, In-store Pick Up orders may be picked up only at the Customer Service Counter inside the College Store.
In-store Pick Up Policies
- Only processed, online textbook orders are eligible for In-store Pick Up.
- Only orders in which In-store Pick Up was selected from the shipping options at the time of the order are eligible for In-store Pick Up.
- Unless a Textbook Shipping Special is specified to be in effect on our Online Store, a service fee of $5 per order will be charged for each In-store Pick Up when the order payment is processed.
- The College Store may take up to 3 days to process each In-store Pick Up order once it has been placed.
- In-store Pick Up orders may be picked up only after an "Order Processed" e-mail has been sent from the College Store to the customer's e-mail address.
- Valid photo ID is required (EdPass preferred) at time of pick up.
- ID must match name in Bill To or Ship To information boxes on invoice.
- No Exchanges/Refunds can processed at the time of pick up.
- Exchanges/Refunds must be processed seperately.
