Getting Started

 

  • Apply for admission
    Complete an application packet and pay the one-time admissions fee.   The packet is available online at www.edcc.edu/apply or from Enrollment Services on the first floor of Lynnwood Hall (425) 640-1459.

 

  • Apply for financial aid
    Find out about the options available to help you pay for college at www.edcc.edu/finaid or by contacting Student Financial Services on the first floor of Lynnwood Hall (425) 640-1457.

 

  •  Take the placement test, meet with an advisor, and get oriented
    Appointments for testing and advising are recommended.   Contact Enrollment Services on the first floor of Lynnwood Hall (425) 640-. There is no specific English requirement for the Clinical Lab Assistant courses; however, very good English communication skills are recommended for employments.

           If English is your second language , contact the Testing Center on the second floor

           of Lynnwood Hall or (425) 640-1546 to take the LOEP placement test.  

           Please note: excellent communication skills are required for employment.  

 

 

  •  Register for classes and pay tuition
    This is done on the first floor of Lynnwood Hall in Enrollment Services.   For current class schedules, class cost and other information go to www.edcc.edu/ahe then click on Clinical Lab Assistant.

 

  •  Purchase books and get your EdPass
    The college bookstore and EdPass office are located on the first floor of Mountlake Terrace Hall.

 

  •  Go to class

 

  • Additional information on transportation, childcare, and more can be found at Student Services.
