Parking is free, but limited, at Edmonds Community College. Allow time to find a parking space and consider using the less popular off-campus college parking lots. Students may park in any lot except those marked for staff (lots A, K, and P) or visitors and carpool spaces (in lot L). Tickets are issued for parking and vehicle violations. Parking enforcement hours are 6 a.m.-4 p.m., weekdays. To see the parking lots go to the Parking Map.
New for 2012: Parking stickers will be issued to be displayed on student vehicles. This will be enforced beginning Winter 2012. Parking remains free and there is no cost for the stickers.
Students and employees traveling to the college in a vehicle with two or more people are eligible to sign up for a carpool-parking permit. The permits may be obtained each quarter from the Security Office on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces are limited.
The college offers the services of a transportation coordinator to students and employees to answer general questions about bus routes, rideshare matching services, carpool information, or other commute services. Call 425.640.1143.
There’s a safe place for your bike on campus. Bike lockers: $15 per quarter. First-come, first served. To get a locker, go to the Cashier’s Office in Lynnwood Hall. Then, bring your receipt to Security in Woodway Hall 214 to have your EdPass encoded with door lock access.
