Head Baseball Coach Brad Ditter
Coach Ditter is currently the head baseball coach at Edmonds Community College. He Spent two years as an assistant at EDCC after his career ended. Coach Ditter had a very impressive playing career. At Edmonds Community College, he was part of the 2002 NWAACC championship team earning NWAACC tournament MVP. Coach Ditter went on to earn a Division 1 Scholarship at New Mexico State University where he hit .402; earned All Sun-Belt honors and set two single-season offensive records. After finishing his junior year of college, Brad was drafted in the 13th round by the Washington Nationals as a second baseman.
Brad played for three seasons in the Washington Nationals organization reaching the Double A level. Following his stint with the Nationals, he completed his college degree at Central Washington University. Coach Ditter also spent the 2007 season working as an associate scout for the Detroit Tigers. Brad is also currently working as an assistant coach for Taylor baseball were his main priorities is to work with infielders and hitters.
