Art Exhibit Closes: Timothy Cross: La La Land

Today is the last day to see Timothy's Cross' exhibit "La La Land." Heavily inspired by the culture and landscapes of Seattle, Northwest artist Timothy Cross brings an exhibit of drawings — abstract organic forms — to the college art gallery. He also works in printmaking, clay, found objects and painting. Cross is an Edmonds Community College alumnus who studied with art instructor Melissa Newell. From Edmonds, he went on the earn a bachelor’s degree from The Evergreen State College in 1995, and a Master of Fine Arts from The School of The Art Institute of Chicago in 2003. Gallery hours are: 7:30 a.m.-9 p.m., Mon.-Thurs.; 7:30 a.m.-3 p.m., Fri.; and noon-5 p.m., weekends.
