W h a t 's N e w

The art department welcomes two new full time faculty members.  Sarah Maki began teaching drawing, design, painting, and Survey of Visual Art in the fall of 2006.  She is also the advisor for the newly formed art club.  Minh Carrico, our most recent hire is the new program coordinator for the Visco program.  In addition he teaches photography and graphic design courses. 

We are pround to announce the remodel of Meadowdale Hall, which is slated to begin Fall of 2008. The Art Department along with Photography and Visco are looking forward to expanded studio space, along with much improved and upgraded facilities.  With this remodel we will see all our programs brought together under one visual arts umbrella.
