Adult Basic Education ESL
The Adult Basic Education ESL program provides ESL classes to non-native English speaking immigrants and citizens
Learn listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
We offer
- 6 levels --Beginning Literacy through Advanced
- Day and evening schedules--choices include 8:30 am, 10:30 am, 12:30 pm, 5:10 pm and 7:30 pm
- Volunteer Literacy Program
- ESL Skills Lab--for beginning students
- ESL Computer lab--for intermediate and advanced students
- Vocational ESL to prepare for the college's Allied Health Education certificate program
- ESL 66-EL Civics --a course to explore careers, culture, and to learn about community resources
- Introduction to College (ESL 95)--for ABE ESL students to learn about community college programs and course requirements
- Advising for Transitions to College
Tuition is $25 per quarter.
Registration Procedures
Call 425-640-1478 for advising information and directions. New students will see an ESL adviser in Mukilteo Hall, room 309.
